Estate Agents BuryMy brother in law owns an
Estate Agents Bury and he has been doing this for many years now. When he first opened his
Estate Agents Bury he was doing really well as it was at the height of the property boom when houses were being snapped up by people desperate to buy homes. However, over the last couple of years his
Estate Agents Bury has really struggled for business. Obviously, this is not surprising when one considers the current financial climate. We all know that the bottom has really fallen out of the housing market and people are finding it much more difficult to sell their homes at a price they need to achieve. Also, less people are buying property because mortgages are becoming much more difficult to obtain as banks are also feeling the pinch in the credit crunch. These factors have all had a massive effect on my brother in law`s business and he has really had to diversify to manage to keep his business afloat. One area he has ventured into is that of property rentals and he admits that, had he not done this, then he really would have had to close his business down. He is still struggling through and hopes that the financial recovery will be really swift.
